I was born and raised in the Richmond area and grew up working with my father in his landscaping business during summer breaks doing hardscapes and grounds maintenance and eventually working as an irrigation technician. In 2013 I graduated from Liberty University and spent two years overseas thereafter as an English teacher in Kabul, Afghanistan. Upon returning to the U.S. I married my lovely wife, Chelsie, and worked as a water systems provider for six years in the groundwater industry for Matthews Well & Pump. In 2016 I joined the Army National Guard and since 2018 I’ve served in the Cavalry in Virginia. In 2022 I was given the opportunity to work at Grassy Creek Lumber, and I am quite excited for what the future holds. The lumber industry is unique and challenging, and I look forward to working with the many good folks therein.
Chelsie and I are blessed with three wonderful children: Hannah, Micaiah, and Hosea. When I’m not in the woods hunting, you can find me spending time with my family, serving our local church, fixing up our old house, exercising, or reading a good book by the fire.
